We provide poverty relief in India. We work through self-directed Indian Charities that understand the unique needs of their communities. Through our charitable associates we work directly with people experiencing poverty throughout Vellore and Tiruvannamalai Districts in Tamil Nadu, India. We provide assistance by providing medicine, medical aid, food, water, clothing, and basic living necessities.
We improve education for underprivileged boys, girls and young women from rural backgrounds in India. We donate full and partial grade school scholarships to students at risk of dropping out, nursing college scholarships and donate educational resources to disadvantaged aspiring students.
We improve health for disadvantaged people by donating medicines, vitamins, protective and medical equipment to support registered charitable hospitals in India. Programs include Community Medical Programs that evaluate people for common health conditions. We donate vitamins, medicines, equipment and medical supplies for basic health. .
We’re committed to deepening the relationship between people and nature and mitigating climate change. We’re constantly looking towards the future through the trees we donate. Our trees support our goal of reforestation and afforestation of indigenous trees in Tamil Nadu, South India.
We provide humanitarian relief in India and Worldwide. We work directly with people experiencing flood and drought disaster in India. Internationally we provide assistance to refugees and those experiencing natural disaster by providing medicine, medical aid, food, water, shelter, clothing, hygiene items and basic living necessities.

Why Donate To Canadians Sharing Charity??
It’s simple. We are a trusted volunteer based Canadian Registered Charity that was established in 2012 to provide humanitarian services to underserved people in India. In India humanitarian services are provided by purchasing and donating medical equipment, medicines, food, clothing, disaster relief materials, educational equipment, educational scholarships, and trees and materials to support the environment.
Worldwide we support select disaster relief efforts. Historically we have provided disaster relief for people in Nepal, Myanmar, Syria, Pakistan, India and currently support Ukrainian refugees.
Your donation goes directly to purchasing these critically needed food, materials and equipment. We purchase items directly from suppliers who provide warranties and who will deliver and install equipment as required.
Our organization is 100% run by talented volunteers and we have no paid staff members. All operational and administrative expenses are covered by our co-founders. Every dollar we raise is invested quickly and efficiently to the programs we support.

Where Do Your Donations go?
We’re all volunteers at Canadians Sharing. Donations are invested directly and urgently in the purchase of food and clothing, medicine and medical equipment, school scholarships and educational resources, and in restoring the environment in India. Donations supporting Worldwide Disaster Relief, currently focused on the Ukrainian Crisis, are also invested urgently and directly with partner organizations working throughout Ukraine and surrounding countries.

This year, we’re racing to buy an advanced cancer fighting medical system for India called a Varian Truebeam Linear Accelerator. This medical system will be the centerpiece of the newly enlarged Cancer Department at The Sri Narayani Hospital and Research Centre in India.
